Description

Wolverine is a research blend containing 5 mg of BPC-157 and 5 mg of TB-500. This combination has been studied in preclinical research, including animal models, investigating musculoskeletal and connective tissue repair.

BPC-157 is synthetic,  consisting of 15 amino acids derived from a sequence originally identified in human gastric juice. In animal models, it has been investigated for its potential roles in:

  • Angiogenesis through VEGF pathway modulation
  • Tendon-to-bone healing and ligament repair
  • Gastrointestinal mucosal protection
  • Nitric oxide pathway modulation
  • Growth hormone receptor upregulation in fibroblasts

Preclinical studies have also explored its effects in musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, vascular, and neurological models.

TB-500 is a synthetic analogue of Thymosin Beta-4. It has been studied for its ability to bind G-actin and modulate actin polymerization, resulting in downstream effects that may include:

  • Enhanced migration of fibroblasts, keratinocytes, and endothelial cells
  • Increased recruitment of cells involved in tissue repair
  • Modulation of inflammatory signaling, including effects on the NF-κB pathway
  • Stem cell mobilization in certain animal models

Together – They have been investigated for complementary mechanisms that may influence vascular remodeling and cellular migration during tissue repair. This combination has primarily been studied in preclinical models evaluating tendon, ligament, muscle, and other connective tissue repair processes.
